So, I’m headed up to the Stitches West event this coming weekend to meet some Knitting Business owners and hopefully make some connections. I’m very excited! So excited, that I decided to make a couple comps for a faux knitting company. I named it “Niche Knits” and designed a logo and template for patterns.
Next is an example of what that logo/brand would look like applied to a one-sheet knitting pattern…
If you are a knitting company and would like to talk more about your company’s design, please visit The Loop Design Studio’s site or contact us for a complimentary brainstorming session.

How clean and elegant! Props to you, designer lady
Sweet! Do you think you’ll be able to rangle any discounts? Speaking of knitting – nothing to do with logo design – I’ve been working on some projects in-the-round. I’ve made two balls (filled with fiberfill) for baby gifts, and will attempt a bear with sock yarn next. Go, me!
Hey Karla! Just went to Stitches West this weekend to meet knitting industry companies so I can work with people who are excited about knitting like I am. I took a class on lace which turned out to be something I already knew. But it was a nice refresher and I got a couple of standard lace patterns out of it. Yay for you for knitting in the round! That’s awesome. I know that sometimes I struggle with my DPNs slipping off stitches and such. Do you know about the little rubber stoppers you can put at each end to keep the stitches from slipping off?! I have some but haven’t tried them yet. I haven’t done any animal shapes, but am dying to get the Amigurumi knits book. It’s incredible. She also sells stuff on etsy. It looks like she might’ve shut the etsy shop down, but whatever. Her designs are awesome! Anyway, thanks for reading everyone.
